Our statutes state that another shareholder with a right to vote who is entered in the register and in possession of a certificate of authority is able to act as a representative for a shareholder. A registration form is sent to you with the invitation. You can use this to specify whether you would like to be represented by the organ representative or by the independent proxy representative. On the back of the entrance card you can also grant another Weisse Arena AG shareholder full representative powers.
